Minister of Transport and Logistics Hon. Museba Frank Tayali on 11th May 2026 held a collaborative meeting with management from Zambia Railways Limited and Zambia Ferrous in the Ministerial Boardroom.

The meeting was convened to encourage the two parties to facilitate a win-win agreement aimed at enhancing railway operations and promoting economic growth.

          The Hon. Minister emphasised Government’s commitment under the New Dawn Administration to strengthening public-private sector collaboration for national development.

Both parties informed the Hon. Minister that they would continue engagements during the week in order to agree on the way forward.
